Our client is seeking a full-time LVN or RN Director of Residential Care Services to lead clinical operations at an assisted living facility in the Orange County, California area. Required Experience Qualified candidates should have:

• Active California LVN or RN license — required at time of application
• Minimum two years of nursing management experience in a skilled nursing facility, assisted living, memory care, or senior living community
• Minimum two years of working knowledge of RCFE regulations — required
• Demonstrated ability to oversee clinical assessments, medication administration, and licensed nursing and care staff
• Proven track record in regulatory compliance, care plan development, and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills

Required Qualifications Candidates must have:

• Active California LVN or RN license in good standing
• Ability to commute to or reside near Aliso Viejo, CA 92656
• Ability to work flexible schedules in a 24-hour operation including weekends as needed
• Consistent and reliable attendance — essential to this role
• Strong understanding of RCFE Title 22 regulations and assisted living compliance standards

Key Responsibilities In this role, the Director of Residential Care Services will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all clinical assessments, medication administration, licensed nursing staff, care staff, and regulatory compliance
• Serving as the primary liaison between residents, families, staff, physicians, and ancillary providers
• Tailoring individualized service and care plans to meet each resident’s unique needs and goals
• Cultivating a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and hospitality throughout the care team
• Ensuring overall compliance of clinical services and programs including accuracy of medication administration
• Facilitating timely communication with physician offices, ancillary services, responsible parties, and internal care teams
• Completing timely resident assessments and developing and initiating care and service plans efficiently
• Supporting and assisting with day-to-day care and clinical needs as required
• Conducting interviewing, hiring, performance evaluations, coaching, training, and delegation for all direct reports
