General Manager – Foodservice Equipment & Supplies

�� Denver, CO

More than 20 years ago, a small branch of a Midwest foodservice equipment and supplies company took root in the Denver market, built on strong relationships with Foodservice Consultants and General Contractors.

Today, that branch has evolved into a full-scale operation: a collaborative team of Designers, Project Managers, Coordinators, and Sales professionals serving nearly every corner of the commercial foodservice industry.

Now, it’s time for the next leader to take it even further.

The Opportunity

This is not a maintenance role—it’s a build, lead, and elevate opportunity.

As General Manager, you’ll take ownership of a well-established, highly respected operation and guide a team of 10–15 professionals. You’ll balance strategic leadership, operational execution, and market growth, while strengthening long-standing partnerships and expanding into new channels.

What You’ll Lead

  • A multi-functional team including Sales, Design, and Project Management
  • A business deeply rooted in consultant and GC-driven project work
  • An operation with strong market credibility—and significant runway for growth

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10–15 (including 2 Sales Representatives)
  • Drive revenue growth across project-based and direct sales channels
  • Strengthen relationships with Foodservice Consultants and General Contractors
  • Oversee project execution from concept through completion
  • Identify and capture new market opportunities across commercial foodservice segments
  • Ensure operational excellence across sales support, design, and project delivery

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience in foodservice equipment & supplies (FE&S), dealership, or closely related industry
  • Strong understanding of project-based sales (consultant + GC driven environments)
  • Track record of building teams, driving accountability, and delivering results
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on when needed
  • Relationship-driven mindset with a passion for the hospitality/foodservice industry
