Job Description
Sales Regional Manager
Dallas-Ft. Worth and Chicago.
We have an immediate opening for a Regional Sales Manager. It is a great opportunity to be part of a growing and prominent company in the commercial food service business.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
· Extensive knowledge and understanding of the manufactured products and features and benefits of the equipment.
· Manage, train and support assigned customers on a consistent basis, including but not limited to Dealers, Distributors, Reps and chains
· Grow sales, develop relationships and maximize opportunities in the assigned territory.
· Find Dealers or Reps in territories with no representation to maximize sales of the products.
· Identify and communicate new business opportunities in the market. Create and develop programs to increase sales of the company.
· Participate in trade shows and sales seminars. Identify relevant and beneficial events for the company to attend.
· Establish annual goals and sales strategies in collaboration with leadership.
· Communication and coordination with the other departments about service, parts, orders, inventory and logistics.
· Collaborate with our marketing department for presentations, promotions and effective marketing campaigns and events to support customers and the growth of the company.
· Update sales data information in sales force.

Requirements:
· Previous experience in sales with at least 5 years
· Previous experience in the foodservice industry at least 2 years
· Bilingual preferred (English as primary, Spanish as secondary language)
· Ability to travel up to 70%
· Management skills
· Excellent communication and presentation skills; both written and verbal
· Motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic. Eager to sell
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Regional Sales Manager Benefits:
· Competitive salary (negotiable and based on experience). 90,000 – 120,000 U$D
· Quarterly Bonuses based on quotas up to a total of $30,000 U$D.
· Commission Program for sales beyond quotas
