Job Description

Dish Out Success: Seeking Account Executive to Serve Up Solutions for K-12 Kitchens in Wisconsin!

Responsibilities:

· Brand Advocacy: Drive efforts to make client the Brand #1 in Wisconsin, with a focus on owning the Madison, WI market.

· Service Leverage: Utilize parent company’s centralized services, including design capabilities.

· Customer Communication: Communicate with customers, providing quotations with appropriate products to meet their needs. Their Vision is Our Mission!

· Customer Acquisition: Acquire and develop new customer relationships.

· Design Build Opportunities: Acquire new design-build opportunities.

· Industry Expertise: Provide customers with expertise in equipment and product knowledge.

· Sales Targets: Contribute to the attainment of sales targets and strategies, and market penetration in line with company growth.

· Logistics Coordination: Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and installation services.

· CRM Utilization: Utilize CRM to analyze coverage area and monitor performance results.

· Billing Coordination: Coordinate invoices and billing internally with the accounting team.

· Call List Management: Develop a daily/weekly call list and maintain information accuracy.

· Communication Excellence: Provide excellent email, phone, and text communication daily.

· Sales Quotes Preparation: Utilize and format AQ (Auto Quotes) to prepare sales quotes

· Market Monitoring: Monitor local market trends and competitor activities.

· Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing department

Qualifications:

    –  Industry Knowledge: 

Deep knowledge of K-12 systems, regulations, and the specific challenges that schools face, especially in area of budgeting and procurement.

    –  Relationship Building:  The ability to build strong, trusting relationships with decision-makers in schools and districts is essential for long-term success.  Understanding the unique needs of the K-12 environment and creating value-driven partnerships are critical.

    –  Problem-Solving:  A proactive approach to problem-solving helps navigate the complex demands of the education sector, providing innovative and effective foodservice solutions that improve efficiency and meet the objectives of schools.
