Outside Sales Territory Manager

Los Angeles, CA | Full-Time | Base + Uncapped Incentive

American Recruiters is working with a respected manufacturer’s representative firm (in business since 1968) and is hiring a driven Outside Sales Territory Manager to own the Los Angeles market. This is a hunter’s role for someone who’s tired of caps on their earnings and ready to build something.

What You’ll Do

•     Hit the field 3+ days a week to expand accounts, win new business, and surpass revenue targets

•     Position our represented brands as operators’ primary, go-to suppliers

•     Deliver standout presentations and follow through with relentless urgency

•     Manage your pipeline and activity in our CRM

•     Network with industry peers in person and on social media

•     Represent us at trade shows, trainings, and customer events

What You Bring

•     Based in the Los Angeles area with a dedicated home office

•     5+ years of outside sales experience or an equivalent foodservice background

•     A proven track record of exceeding sales goals

•     CRM fluency, strong organization, and consistent follow-up

•     Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and MS Teams

•     Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
