General Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive business growth. This hands-on leadership role requires strong commercial instincts, financial acumen, and the ability to develop and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

Own overall business performance, including sales, operations, procurement, and customer service
Develop and execute plans to hit revenue, margin, and growth targets
Lead and develop a high-performing team across departments
Build relationships with key customers, vendors, and industry partners
Manage budgets, P&L, and operational KPIs
Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion

Qualifications

7+ years of management experience, including 3+ years in a GM or senior operations role
Proven track record of revenue growth and operational performance
B2B sales experience; foodservice or commercial equipment industry knowledge a plus
Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred
