WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Lutz, FL

Fast-growing, family-owned 3PL fulfillment company is hiring a hands-on Warehouse Manager to run the day-to-day operation for our Tampa-area facility. We're not a giant corporation and we don't want to be — we're a scrappy, high-volume operation that's grown from a startup into a business shipping hundreds of thousands of packages a month, and we're adding new clients every week. WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Run the daily flow of a busy, high-volume 3PL warehouse — receiving, picking, packing, and shipping — and make sure the day gets done, every day.

• Be physically present and hands-on across departments, not parked in an office.

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of supervisors and team leads, and develop the next generation of leaders from within.

• Set the tone for the day, delegate clearly, then get out of the way — give direction, walk away, come back and check the work. Build a team you can trust to execute without you standing over their shoulder.

• Own the KPIs that keep the operation profitable — productivity by station, on-time completion, accuracy — and know at a glance when something's off track and why.

• Look 30, 60, 90 days ahead: staffing needs, seasonal volume swings, and where the operation is going to feel the squeeze before it happens — then raise your hand and ask for what you need.

• Handle the light administrative side of the role — a nightly performance recap, keeping on top of client service tickets that touch the warehouse, coordinating kitting and special projects — without letting it pull you off the floor.

• Adapt on the fly. You'll walk in each day already knowing the plan, execute it, and make the smart in-the-moment call when something changes — because in this business, something always does.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A natural leader first, a warehouse expert second. We can teach you our systems, our clients, and our processes — what we can't teach is how to get a room full of people to follow you.

• Someone who leads by example — first one on the floor, not afraid to sweat, comfortable being visible and approachable to every person in the building.

• A track record of managing and developing supervisors, team leads, or frontline teams in a warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or similarly fast-paced operational environment.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required — a meaningful share of our team communicates primarily in Spanish, and you'll need to lead, coach, and mentor in both.

• Comfortable operating inside an established playbook. We have SOPs that work, and we need someone who can execute them.

• Full-time, on-site in Lutz, FL (no remote or hybrid options for this role).
