Job Description
Operations Manager – Manufacturing & Distribution
Dallas–Fort Worth, TX | Full-Time
Build Something That Lasts
We design and manufacture the equipment that keeps America’s food supply moving — from industrial kitchens and retail giants to the nation’s fastest-growing e-commerce operations. Our products don’t sit on shelves; they work every single day in demanding environments, and so do we.
We’re growing fast, and we need an Operations Manager in the Dallas–Fort Worth area who’s ready to own it — P&L, people, process, and all. This isn’t a maintenance role. It’s a builder role.
You’ll report directly to the VP of National Operations and have real authority to shape how this facility runs, who leads it, and where it goes next.
What You’ll Own
The Floor & The Numbers You’ll run daily operations across a full-spectrum metal fabrication and production environment — stainless steel, aluminum, steel, MIG/TIG welding, cutting, punching, forming, bending, assembly, and final inspection. You’ll own the P&L, develop ERP-driven production schedules, and be accountable for hitting on-time delivery and output targets.
Your People This is where great operations managers separate themselves. You’ll build and develop a leadership team, set clear expectations, coach continuously, and create a culture where people own their work and grow their careers. Succession planning isn’t an afterthought here — it’s part of the job.
Cross-Functional Performance You’ll align production, materials, quality, engineering, and logistics around shared goals — cutting through silos, eliminating bottlenecks, and keeping the whole operation moving in the same direction.
Continuous Improvement You’ll monitor capacity, labor utilization, and KPIs — and then do something about what you find. You’ll champion quality, safety, and cost discipline as competitive advantages, not compliance boxes.
What You Bring
- 10+ years leading manufacturing operations, with a track record of measurable results
- Deep familiarity with metal fabrication processes (the floor won’t be new to you)
- A reputation as a developer of people — your former team members get promoted
- ERP fluency and the analytical instincts to act on data
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the credibility that comes with it
- Clear, direct communication — up, down, and across the organization
Why This Role
Visibility and authority. You’ll report to the VP of National Operations and have a direct line to decisions that matter. Your results will be seen.
A company on the move. We’re scaling, investing, and winning new customers in foodservice, retail, and e-commerce. There’s real momentum here.
A team worth leading. We’re committed to building a culture of ownership and accountability — and we need the right leader to make that real in DFW.
Competitive compensation and benefits — and a clear path forward for someone who delivers.
