General Manager – Restaurant Equipment | Atlanta, GA

Atlanta's largest single-location restaurant equipment retailer is looking for a General Manager to own the full P&L and drive the next phase of growth. With a 20,000 sq ft showroom, 150,000 sq ft warehouse and an established customer base of independent restaurants and foodservice operators, the platform is in place — we need the right leader to scale it.

What You'll Own

• 15% YoY revenue growth across showroom, commercial accounts and e-commerce
• Inventory management targeting 6× turns and less than 3% stock-outs
• A 25-person team (sales, warehouse, delivery) with a focus on retention and customer satisfaction
• 8-point gross margin protection through smart purchasing and logistics
• A 90-day operational audit with measurable process improvements

What You Bring

• 5+ years of P&L ownership ($10M+) in wholesale, retail or foodservice distribution
• A track record of growing B2B sales while tightening inventory and logistics
• Experience leading mixed hourly/salaried teams in a warehouse-plus-showroom environment
• Hands-on ERP/WMS fluency and comfort being on the floor every day
