FOODSERVICE DEALER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
We’re looking for a proven foodservice sales professional who understands commercial kitchens—from restaurants and hospitals to entertainment venues and institutional dining operations.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked with a foodservice equipment dealer and can translate operational needs into smart, practical equipment and supply solutions. You’re comfortable advising on kitchen layouts, equipment selections, and menu-driven workflows, and you build trust quickly with operators and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and new products
- Develop relationships with area consultants in design/contract/build.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and account retention
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial kitchen sales or account management
- A CHEF or background in restaurant operations is a huge plus
- Technical knowledge of foodservice equipment is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
