Refrigerated Solutions Group named Michael Chick and Joe Maresca regional sales managers for its Master-Bilt and Norlake brands.

Chick will cover the Western U.S. while Maresca will cover the Northeast and Canada. Both will support dealers, manufacturers’ representatives, and consultants in their regions.

Chick has a background in foodservice equipment sales spanning 15 years, most recently serving as senior vice president of sales for Winholt Equipment Group. Before that, he spent 10 years at The Vollrath Company, first as a key account manager and then as Western regional manager for food and beverage, smallwares, countertop equipment, and serving systems. Chick’s foodservice career began as a territory manager for the Carolinas with rep firm Swanson-Girard and Associates.\

Maresca brings nearly 30 years of foodservice equipment sales and marketing experience to RSG. most recently serving as regional sales director for Marra Forni. Before that, he spent nearly a decade as regional sales director for ITW Food Equipment Group. Maresca’s resume also includes 16 years with Vulcan as national sales and marketing manager for range products.

The hiring of Chick and Maresca comes a few weeks after Blaine Berr joined RSG as retail key account director.
