Our client is one of the top foodservice equipment manufacturers. They manufacture high-tech equipment. 

Job Description:

• The Key Account Manager
• Chains will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with major grocery, restaurant, and convenience store chains across the USA. The role demands a dynamic professional with expertise in selling food service equipment, capable of driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, focusing on grocery, restaurant, and c-store chains.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of clients.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their needs and provide product demonstrations and recommendations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business strategy.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and account plans.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, specifically in food service equipment. (High-tech equipment preferred )
• Strong understanding of the grocery, restaurant, and c-store sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Skills:

• Expertise in food service equipment sales.
• Ability to develop long-term client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
