Allied Healthcare Manager
We are always interested in connecting with experienced, service-driven Allied Healthcare Managers who can lead teams, strengthen operations, and support high-quality patient care across a variety of healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily operations for allied healthcare services, departments, or programs to support efficient, patient-centered care.
• Supervise, coach, and develop interdisciplinary staff, including scheduling, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Monitor service delivery, workflow, staffing levels, and productivity to maintain operational effectiveness and quality outcomes.
• Support compliance with applicable regulatory, accreditation, safety, privacy, and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to improve patient experience, departmental performance, and cross-functional coordination.
• Assist with budgeting, resource allocation, supply oversight, and financial performance tracking.
• Use data, reports, and performance metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and support strategic decision-making.
• Help implement policies, procedures, quality initiatives, and operational improvements aligned with organizational goals.
• Address patient, team, and operational concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, allied health, business, public health, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred.
• Several years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, allied health services, clinical support management, or a related leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and support operational excellence in a healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements relevant to allied health services.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with staffing, budgeting, performance metrics, and process improvement initiatives preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic health records, reporting systems, and standard business software strongly preferred.
