Urgent: Indianapolis Territory Sales Representative | Exceptional Organization Required, Sales Success Rewarded

What You’ll Be Doing

This is not an inside sales role. It’s a high-visibility territory position for someone who enjoys being in front of customers, solving problems, uncovering opportunities, and winning business.

You’ll:

  • Manage and grow an established Indianapolis-area territory
  • Develop new business while expanding existing customer relationships
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to operators, dealers, and foodservice professionals
  • Present product solutions that help customers improve operations and profitability
  • Analyze account opportunities and create growth strategies
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and pricing dynamics
  • Drive account penetration and maximize revenue opportunities
  • Maintain strong follow-through on customer service, collections, and account management
  • Partner closely with internal teams, manufacturers, and key stakeholders to deliver results

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in foodservice equipment, supplies, distribution, or related B2B environments
  • Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Self-starter mentality with excellent organization and time management
  • Ability to work independently while managing a busy territory
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to spend significant time in the field

Bonus Points For

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in foodservice distribution or foodservice equipment & supplies
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Existing relationships within the Indianapolis foodservice community
