Job Description

Manager, Labor and Delivery / Women’s Services

The Opportunity

  • Our client is seeking an experienced nursing leader to serve as Manager of Obstetric and Women’s Services, overseeing a dedicated obstetrical unit on a 24/7 basis. This is a meaningful leadership opportunity within a community-focused health system that has served its region for over a century, situated in the greater Raleigh-Durham (RDU) area of North Carolina, one of the most desirable places to live and work in the Southeast.
  • This opportunity is a strong fit for an RN leader who brings hands-on obstetrical clinical expertise, sound management skills, and a genuine commitment to patient-centered care. Live and Work in the Greater RDU Area

  • The Research Triangle region of North Carolina consistently ranks among the top places in the country to live, work, and raise a family. Anchored by Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill, the area is home to world-class universities, a thriving tech and biotech corridor, and a rich cultural scene, all within a region known for its four-season mild climate, outdoor recreation, and exceptional quality of life. From scenic state parks and greenways to acclaimed dining, arts, and sports, the RDU area offers something for every lifestyle. Add to that a lower cost of living compared to other major metro markets, highly rated school systems, and a welcoming, diverse community, and it’s easy to see why so many healthcare professionals are choosing to plant roots here.
