PHYSICAL THERAPIST – OUTPATIENT
The Opportunity
Our client, a privately owned Outpatient Physical Therapy practice located in Naples, Florida, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its team.
This opportunity is a strong fit for a clinician who values a diverse caseload, hands-on patient care, and being part of a close-knit clinical team. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical and communication skills along with a genuine passion for individualized, high-quality patient care. New graduates are welcome — the team trains and supports newer clinicians closely.

- Competitive compensation of $100,000–$135,000 annually, based on experience

Required Experience
Qualified candidates should have:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Florida Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain Florida licensure
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- A collaborative personality and interest in being part of a close-knit clinical team
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have:
- A passion for providing individualized, high-quality patient care
- Comfort treating a diverse caseload spanning orthopedics, sports rehab, and neurological conditions
- Willingness to collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- New PT grads welcome — training provided
Key Responsibilities
In this role, the Physical Therapist will be responsible for:
- Evaluating patients' medical history and performing physical examinations
- Developing personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
- Implementing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Treating a varied caseload including outpatient orthopedics, sports injuries, neurological conditions, vestibular rehabilitation, Parkinson's patients, and general mobility/strength/functional rehab
- Monitoring patients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Educating patients and their families on exercises, self-care techniques, and injury prevention strategies
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
