You will be a key voice on the administrative team, with the autonomy to build culture, develop your managers, and raise the bar on clinical quality, CMS survey readiness, and Five-Star quality ratings. A $30,000 sign-on bonus, annual incentive plan, and relocation consideration are available for the right leader.

  • Voluntary coverage including pet, legal, accident, critical illness, and long-term care insurance

Required Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • At least 2 years of progressive leadership experience as a manager, director, or Director of Nursing Services in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting

Required Qualifications

  • Current California RN license
  • Current CPR certification

Key Responsibilities

  • Set the tone for exceptional resident care by leading from the front
  • Build strong managers and delegate effectively to drive results through your team
  • Manage nursing operations within budget while protecting quality and staffing stability
  • Oversee MDS accuracy and clinical documentation in partnership with the interdisciplinary team
  • Partner with the administrative team on strategy, performance, and day-to-day operations
  • Keep the center survey-ready and fully compliant with CMS federal long-term care regulations and California Title 22
