Job Description

Occupational Therapist - Full Time Position

Our client is seeking a full time compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join their Skilled Nursing team in Natick, MA

Salary: $45-$50 per hour (full-time based on years of experience )

Key Responsibilities of Occupational Therapist

Conduct thorough evaluations and create personalized treatment plans under physician orders
Help patients master essential daily living activities (dressing, cooking, eating)
Provide education to patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment usage
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient treatments
Adhere to company policies and all state/federal regulations

Qualifications of Occupational Therapist

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Current Massachusetts OT license
Experience with diverse patient populations, especially geriatric and long-term care
Knowledge of occupational health principles and medical terminology
Excellent patient care skills with quality-focused approach
Physical ability to lift 5-45 lbs
