Sales Representative – Northern NJ / NYC / Long Island - Restaurant Cookware and FOH Dinnerware

About the Company

Our client is an established, growing supplier of commercial dinnerware and tabletop products, including porcelain, bone china, and stoneware, serving foodservice and hospitality operators across North America. The company is known for deep in-stock inventory, fast shipping, and strong partnerships with leading dealers and buying groups.

The Role

Field Sales Representative covering Northern New Jersey, New York City, and Long Island, home-based in the territory. You will grow sales through dealers, distributors, and restaurant operators.

•    Call on, train, and sell to dealer and distributor sales teams, prioritizing buying group members.

•    Build operator demand with restaurants, hotels, catering, casinos, healthcare, and education accounts.

•    Open new accounts and grow share in existing ones.

•    Run product demos and presentations; represent the company at regional trade shows.

•    Keep CRM activity, pipeline, and forecasts current.

Qualifications

•    3+ years of outside sales in commercial foodservice (manufacturer, rep group, or dealer).

•    Established dealer and operator relationships in the territory.

•    Tabletop or smallwares experience is a strong plus.

•    Self-directed and organized; proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM.

•    Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Compensation

Base salary of $75K to $90K plus bonuses, car allowance or mileage, and full benefits.
