Fulfillment Supervisor – Midwest States

Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for leading, managing, and supporting a team of pharmacy technicians engaged in timely and accurate order fulfillment processes.

Fulfillment Supervisor – Responsibilities

• Key responsibilities include supervising and assisting in all fulfillment functions
• Fostering employee engagement and cultivating a team of individuals who are not only the right fit for their roles but also possess the desire and capability to excel.
• This position reports to the Director of Pharmacy.

Fulfillment Supervisor – Requirements

• Problem-solving skills, documentation, research, and resolution skills
• Ability to communicate effectively; strong verbal, written,
• 5+ years supervisory experience in a high-paced environment, preferably leading a team of 10+ hourly staff
• 3+ years’ experience as a contributor in a high-paced, high-volume, and growing production environment
• Pharmacy Technician licensed. Pharmacy Technician National Certification preferred
  Ability to work an evening schedule
• Proven track record of managing workflow through achieving/evaluating metrics and KPIs
• Advanced computer skills; Proficiency in Framework and Docutrack preferred
