Director of ICU/Med-Surg  – Community-based Hospital – located in the Raleigh/Durham area in beautiful North Carolina! 

Lead Critical Care & Medical-Surgical Excellence in a Growing Healthcare Community

Your Mission:

• Take the helm of our Medical-Surgical and ICU services, where you’ll shape the care experience for our community while leading a dedicated team of nursing professionals committed to excellence. 

What You’ll Own:

• Direct all nursing and administrative activities across Med-Surg and ICU units
• Ensure Joint Commission compliance and uphold the highest standards of nursing practice
• Drive performance improvement initiatives that make a real difference in patient outcomes
• Partner with providers and healthcare teams to deliver seamless, compassionate care
• Lead human resources management, fiscal oversight, and staff development programs
• Champion customer service excellence across all patient touchpoints 

Your Profile:

• Current North Carolina RN license (BSN preferred or in progress)
• 5+ years combined medical/surgical, ICU clinical, and management experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS within 6 months)
• Strong leadership presence with exceptional communication skills
• Passion for professional development and continuous learning
