• Support the planning and execution of media campaigns, promotional initiatives, content calendars, and communication efforts that align with organizational goals and brand standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, sales, design, leadership, or other internal teams to gather information, develop messaging, and ensure timely delivery of media content.
• Maintain consistency in tone, visual presentation, and brand messaging across media channels and audience touchpoints.
• Assist with writing, editing, proofreading, formatting, and organizing media assets to support clear, engaging, and accurate communication.
• Monitor content performance, audience engagement, campaign activity, and media metrics, and help prepare reports or recommendations based on results.
• Stay current on digital media trends, platform updates, and best practices to help improve content quality, reach, and effectiveness.
• Maintain organized records of media assets, project files, publishing schedules, campaign materials, and related documentation.
• Support special projects, events, promotional activities, or internal communication efforts as assigned.
• Promote a professional, creative, and audience-focused approach that supports strong communication, engagement, and brand visibility.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, media, marketing, journalism, public relations, digital media, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in media, digital content, communications, social media, marketing support, or a related role preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, content calendars, social media tools, analytics dashboards, presentation tools, and standard business software is preferred.
• Basic experience with visual content, media formatting, campaign coordination, or content management systems is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively with internal teams and external audiences when needed.
• A creative mindset, strong judgment, and an understanding of audience engagement and brand consistency are highly valued.
