Director of Pharmacy – Acute Care Hospital | Mid-South Region

What You'll Do

• Set the strategic direction for the Pharmacy Department, aligning practices with the latest industry standards
• Ensure full regulatory and accreditation compliance across all pharmacy operations
• Build and lead a high-performing pharmacy team through recruitment, development, and retention
• Own the department's annual budget and capital planning
• Continuously refine policies and procedures to support safety and excellence in patient care

What You Bring

• 5+ years of pharmacy experience, including 3+ years in hospital pharmacy management
• Pharm.D. or B.S. in Pharmacy (Pharm.D. preferred)
• Active or eligible state pharmacy licensure
• Pharmacy residency or fellowship training a plus
• Master's degree a plus
