• Work with internal teams, vendors, contractors, or customers to address filtration requirements, service needs, operational concerns, and technical questions.

• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage documentation, maintenance logs, and compliance-related records as required.

• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety procedures, environmental requirements, quality standards, and company policies.

• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring system issues, process inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve filtration performance and reliability.

• Strong understanding of filtration principles, process equipment, pumps, valves, gauges, flow and pressure concepts, and general troubleshooting techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret process diagrams, technical manuals, operating procedures, specifications, and equipment documentation.

• Knowledge of safe work practices, including PPE, lockout/tagout, chemical handling, confined spaces, or environmental procedures as applicable to the work environment.

• Ability to use hand tools, testing instruments, meters, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively.

• Relevant certifications or licenses may be preferred depending on the industry, such as water treatment, environmental, safety, or mechanical maintenance credentials.
