Sales, Marketing & Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a driven, versatile Sales, Marketing & Business Development Specialist to support revenue growth, brand visibility, and new business opportunities through strategic outreach, campaign execution, and relationship development. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can generate leads, support marketing initiatives, build client and partner relationships, and help turn market opportunities into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, digital outreach, and other lead generation activities.

• Support sales growth by qualifying leads, coordinating follow-up activities, preparing proposals or presentations, and helping move opportunities through the pipeline.

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, content support, email outreach, social media activity, events, and other brand-building efforts.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, existing customers, business partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and potential growth opportunities.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, outreach efforts, campaign results, and account activity within CRM or related business systems.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align messaging, support campaigns, and improve customer engagement.

• Track key performance indicators such as lead volume, conversion activity, campaign engagement, and business development progress, and prepare reports or updates as needed.

• Represent the organization professionally in meetings, presentations, events, trade shows, and networking opportunities as applicable.

• Promote a solutions-oriented, customer-focused approach that supports business growth, strong relationships, and long-term market development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, sales, or a related field preferred.

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, account management, lead generation, customer engagement, or a related role preferred.

• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and organizational skills required.

• Ability to identify opportunities, support outreach efforts, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to measurable growth initiatives.

• Experience with CRM systems, email platforms, spreadsheets, presentation tools, and standard business software preferred.

• Familiarity with marketing campaigns, sales pipelines, digital outreach, event support, or customer-facing business development activities is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, track performance, and support business decisions.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of professionalism and initiative.
